  • Friday --  Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,523 Steps | 9.15 Miles
  • Saturday --  One walk. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 8,584 Steps | 4.74 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   One walk. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 12,658 Steps | 7.01 Miles
  • Monday --   Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,302 Steps | 8.47 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks. 35  minutes of Daily Burn. 16.929 Steps | 9.4 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 17,868 Steps | 9.9 Miles 
  • Thursday --  Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 16.270 Steps | 9.01 Miles 

  • Total steps for the week: 90,362 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 57.68 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 245 Minutes
