  • Monday --   Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,650 Steps | 9.22 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks. 35  minutes of Daily Burn. 16,460 Steps | 9.1 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,856 Steps | 9.37 Miles 
  • Thursday --  Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 17,219 Steps | 9.6 Miles 



  • Total steps for the week: 111,408 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 61.78 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 245 Minutes
