  • Saturday --  One walk. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 8,511 Steps | 4.7 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   One walk. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 10,239 Steps | 5.67 Miles
  • Monday --   Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 17,416 Steps | 9.63 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks. 35  minutes of Daily Burn. 16,299 Steps | 9.0 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 16.667 Steps | 9.21 Miles 
  • Thursday --  Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,134 Steps | 8.91 Miles 



  • Total steps for the week: 101,902 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 56.32 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 245 Minutes
