  • Friday --  Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,370 Steps | 9.08 Miles
  • Saturday --  One walk. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 8,089 Steps |  4.47 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   One walk. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 11,011 Steps | 6.09 Miles
  • Monday --   Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 17,923 Steps | 9.91 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks. 35  minutes of Daily Burn. 16,247 Steps | 8.99 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 17,926 Steps | 9.93 Miles 
  • Thursday --  Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 17,980 Steps | 9.95 Miles 

  • Total steps for the week: 105,546 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 58.42 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 245 Minutes
