Cold Weather, Hot Giveaway!

December means cold temperatures, holiday stress (and/or family drama), and the end of yet another year.

Sadly I can't change the weather for you guys. Nor can I take away your stress and family drama (I wish! Please remember to take care of yourself.). And I definitely can't change the Shit Storm That Was 2018.

BUT! I can give ONE of you a book to escape into, and really, isn't that the best cure?

What book am I giving away, you ask? Well, the best way to escape the holiday stress AND cold temps is to curl up with a sexy read. Or twenty.

Best Women's Erotica of the Year, Volume 4 came out earlier this month, and having read an ARC, I can promise that you'll enjoy this collection of erotic stories. There's something for everyone.

Don't believe me? Here, let's take a look at a few of my favorites.

Maybe you want to explore a little voyeurism fun? The Dressing Room by Alessandra Torre follows the heroine into a dressing room, where she overhears a couple fucking in the next room.

Or maybe you want your lover to tell you how to touch yourself while you're in the back of a private car, before surprising you with a pair of underwear with a built-in dildo and butt plug? Try Mark by Rosie Beth Randall.

Perhaps you want a little threesome action (MFF) that turns into a foursome when another woman joins the fun. O Captain! My Captain! by Calliope Bloom has you covered.

Or maybe you're looking for a dirty, kinky read that is super queer-friendly and takes place at a sex/BDSM club. Look no further than On Display by Louise Lagris.

Perhaps you want to explore getting spanked by a Mistress you meet in a kink club? Tamsen Parker's Belonging delivers that, all while the heroine questions her faith and the idea that these are things we're taught to be ashamed of and avoid. (Ugh, don't get me started on that society BS!)

Or perhaps you want to explore something a little forbidden. With Honors by Sofia Quintero has a single mother returning to college -- and having a quickie with her professor. Spoiler: he's going to get an A for that fucking. ;)

Have you ever considered tickling as something sexy? Well, you might after reading Breathe by Patricia Elzie, a queer (F/F)  story that involves Naomi exploring her kink of tying Erin down and tickling her. Among other orgasm-inducing things.

Perhaps you're interested in something a little more SFF? Alyssa Cole's Essential Qualities has a hero who isn't, uh, human. Not exactly. He's a robot, and the heroine is his maker.

Or perhaps you really want to test your darkest fantasies, like the heroine in Beautiful Dirty Wonderful by R.M. Wood. She's happily married, but asks her husband if she can have one of her fantasies: a gang-bang (all planned out, safe and consensual, don't worry!).

Even if some of the stories weren't quite my kink/desire, I still had a good time with this anthology, and would definitely recommend it.

After all, sometimes a girl just needs a little quickie to escape into. Batteries not included with this book. ;)
