Another wild encounter with the Wilde brothers. This time it's Reece, the computer geek, who is trying to save their security company and his reputation. Reece's brother Cam's wedding to Eva in Vegas sets this crazy, dangerous ride in motion.
Shelby Bremer is Eva's half-sister. She is known as a walking jinx and very impulsive.
On New Year's Eve, Shelby is closing the coffee shop she manages The Bean Gallery. Reece is standing outside, partly to make sure she is alright, and partly because he is in lust with her despite all the reasons he shouldn't be. He steps inside to help her close up and they have a very sexy encounter on Shelby's desk. Coming to his senses, he starts to walk away, and they are engulfed in smoke. He gets Shelby out, but the Bean Gallery burns to the ground, the fire investigators call it arson.
If Shelby Bremer had any luck at all, it would be bad. She is infatuated with Reece, but he keeps coming on to her and then disappears. In Vegas for her sister's wedding to Cam, she makes a serious mistake and does damage to the relationship building between her and Eva. Reece has her back (even though she ties him to the bed) and a little more of her heart.
Fake weddings, blackmail, men with guns, lies and secrets make this novel a roller coaster of emotions. The Wilde brothers get into the action to make it even more exciting. A very fun read about the geek and the wild child.
