A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

July 8th - 14th:

  • Friday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,758 Steps | 13.7 Miles
  • Saturday --  Two walks. 10,247 Steps | 5.67 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 25,363 Steps | 14.05 Miles
  • Monday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 25,548 Steps | 14.18 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Three walks.  35 minutes of Daily Burn.  24,222 Steps |  13.56 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 26,367 Steps | 14.61 Miles
  • Thursday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  24,569 Steps | 13.58 Miles 

Sunday was my third 5K for July (3.26 miles).

Wednesday was my fourth 5K for July (3.26 miles).

  • Total steps for the week: 161,074 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 89.35 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
