A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

August 19th - 25th:

  • Friday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 23,502 Steps | 13.01 Miles
  • Saturday --  One walk. 8,478 Steps | 4.68 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,144 Steps | 13.34 Miles
  • Monday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 22,585 Steps | 12.48 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Three walks.  35 minutes of Daily Burn.  24,347 Steps | 13.52 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,989 Steps | 13.82 Miles
  • Thursday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  24,255 Steps | 13.44 Miles 


Saturday I didn't get home before dark, so only the one walk.

Sunday was my 6th 5K for August (3.3 miles).

I had to skip my 5K this Wednesday, I had a busy morning so I stuck to my daily 2.60 instead.


  • Total steps for the week: 152.300 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 84.29 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
