  • Friday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,712 Steps | 9.23 Miles
  • Saturday --  One walk. 8.525 Steps | 4.72 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 17,863 Steps | 9.88 Miles
  • Monday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,955 Steps | 9.37 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 11,426 Steps | 6.31 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 18,254 Steps | 10.08 Miles 
  • Thursday --  Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 14,964 Steps | 8.28 Miles 




  • Total steps for the week: 104,700 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 57.87 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
