Love and Other Cosmic Nonsense -- Pat

Pat's Review:

A Motorcycle Club, Demons in all shapes and sizes and Dane Mason. Oh my!!!  This novel is graphic, funny, sizzling and a delight to read.

Dane Mason is the president of Kill Devil Crew the ruling Motorcycle Club in Graves Hollow. For years they were considered nothing but carousers and fighters, but shortly after burying Dane's sister and the piece of crap who killed her, the Club received a visitor. His name was Thomas and he had a message.  Since then the Crew started taking care of business in Graves Hollow. There was no crime, and the citizens loved them.  Life was good, except for the need to battle Demons now and then.

Emme Rooney is a PA who works in the local ER. Dane's second in command Caius is her brother, and she is their medic.  Dane and Emme had an encounter months ago that was hot and heavy, but after realizing how much danger his lifestyle could put her in, he backed away. Emme loves him still, but avoids contact as much as possible.  One night after a particularly rough battle, Dane returns to the clubhouse seriously wounded. He orders not to call Emme, but his brothers know he needs her skills and her. Their attraction and heat cannot be denied.  I so enjoyed the fact that there was not a lot of "game playing"  with their relationship, thank you Ms. Marrow. Once they both admitted how they felt, there was no going back.

At times a little gory,  but the battle between Good and Evil is not clean or easy.  There is genuine love between Dane and Emme and you can feel it.  The characters are believable and snarky.  I loved this book and can't wait for Caius's story.  I finished this novel in a day and wanted to read it again.  If you enjoy men on motorcycles, very hunky men on motorcycles, Demons getting what they deserve and a love story, go out and grab this book.

5 STARS!
