[Pat's Review]: "Keeping Mr. Right Now"

Keeping Mr. Right Now by Robin Bielman
Publisher: Entangled: Bliss (August 18, 2014)
Series: Kisses in the Sand, 1
Genre: Contemporary Romance

A temporary agreement neither could keep…

Brainy, organized Sophie Birch is no beach bunny. In fact, she’s totally out of her element among the sun-bronzed crowd at a film festival in beautiful White Strand Cove. When a surf lesson introduces her to Zane Hollander, suddenly she's up close and personal with the world's sexiest surf star. But what can a great-looking, experienced athlete possibly see in a klutzy out-of-towner who’s never set foot in the ocean?

Zane Hollander's playboy reputation has never been a problem…until recently. Now his management team wants him on his best behavior to entice a meaningful new sponsor. Sophie Birch is the perfect girl to help reform his image. She's genuine and respected—and their relationship is purely fictional. But the more Sophie blooms under the beachy sun, the more Zane knows he'll just break her heart. Because nothing's more important to Zane than following the tide.

Wild About Her Wingman (#3) -- Pat

Pat's Review:

I have long been a fan of Robin Bielman's romantic contemporaries. There is always humor, a very sweet love story and a HEA.  This book is no exception and is actually my favorite of Ms. Bielman's so far.

Zane Hollander is a professional surfer with the bad boy image it carries. He spends so much time on the road, his usual hook ups are quick and almost anonymous.  He never graduated high school and feels somewhat inferior which adds to his pick of women who want to be Zaned for a day or two.
He has a chance for the  ambassadorship for Surf Help Exchange.  Their goal is promoting clean water and natural healing efforts across the globe.  They have a stellar reputation and Bryce, his agent and Danny his business manager think he would be perfect. For eight days in White Strand Cove, California he has to be the best he can be.  Both in the water and out.  Bryce and Danny have decided to find him an appropriate "girl next door" type to make him behave for the week.

Sophie Birch is afraid she is in way over her head. This is the first time she has handled a special event on her own. She is in charge of keeping the Surf Fanatic Film Festival on schedule with no bumps in the road. Sophie is so excited being from Montana the sight of the Pacific Ocean catches her breath. She made a friend almost immediately, her name is Honor and treated her to her first piƱa coloda . Honor is very impressed that Sophie has a surf lesson with the infamous Zane Hollander, he doesn't do lessons.
Sophie shows up for her lesson and is speechless at the total lusciousness of Zane, and forgets to be nervous that she has never set foot in the ocean before.  He shows her the fundamentals in the sand, and takes her out in the water.  Disaster...... After nearly drowning, Zane grabbed her from the water and brought her to shore, he ends up being the hero!  As compensation Bryce and Danny want her to be Zane's date for the festivities. Mr. Right Now it is.

This delightful read had great characters and I think their might be some action between Honor and Bryce in the future!  The description of the surf and sand made you feel like you were there.  I personally recommend this novel for the laughs, the heat, and the love story.

5 STARS!
