I've bought Laura Griffin's Beyond Limits but haven't read it yet as I'm still reading another book. It's been a long time since the last Tracers book. Can't wait! :D

I really enjoyed Victoria Dahl's new release "Flirting With Disaster."

So fun to see our favorites of the month!

Selena Robins said...

They all look good! I need a week where all I do is read and nothing else. :)

The_Book_Queen said...

YES! I loved that book, it was so, so close to being a Royal Pick for me, I should have put it up as an honorary mention.

The_Book_Queen said...

Gah, I need a week or two like that. If you find the secret way to get it, let me know! lol

A Second Chance at Love by Cole McCade has been my favorite book this month, my first 5* read of teh year...I love it so much, I"m completely fangirling over it!

The_Book_Queen said...

I so hope you enjoy it! :)

The_Book_Queen said...

Oh, I love when you hit the first 5 star of the year -- it's special! :)

In My Bed, Jennifer Lacross. I loooooved it. And Consume Me (Ryan Michele) and Throb Vi Keeland

The_Book_Queen said...

All new titles to me -- I'll have to look them up. Thanks for sharing, Danielle!

Tessa Dare, Say Yes to the Marquess.

This month all I did was reread :) I reread the Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs and The Kate Daniels series by Ilona Andrews. Both are 5+ reads for me :) Thanks for the fun post!

I love this new idea. I've only read the Carolyn Brown out of all your choices (and it would have made my list too), but I've heard good things about all the others. Can't wait to see what makes the list next month.

I finally got to read Julie James' It Happened One Summer. As with all her books, it was amazing - funny, fast-paced with brilliant characters and witty banter. Loved it!

I enjoyed ONCE UPON A TOWER by Eloisa James.

The_Book_Queen said...

Rereads are always fun! Confession: I have not read either series, BUT they are on my list! Hm, might look into them on audio so I can "read" while walking the dogs next week . . .

The_Book_Queen said...

Oh -- must bump that up my list! I've only read one of her books so far (I know, I know!) but I very much enjoyed it.

The_Book_Queen said...

You can never go wrong with James. :D

The_Book_Queen said...

Oh, I've heard nothing but good things about that one! :)

The_Book_Queen said...

Thanks, Sophia! :) I know a few of next months picks already, but my lips are sealed until then. Hehe.

I can't believe I'm going to say this, but it has been Dirty Beautiful Rich (part 1) by Eva Devon. Yes, a serial, and not a finished one. However, the first part just grabbed me. IT WAS AWESOME! However, Eva is an awesome writer.

The_Book_Queen said...

A serial! (gasp) :) Will definitely have to look into it then!

Melody May said...

I know. So far, part 2 is going good too. Oh my, Damien is making me melt and he's just dark and mysterious.

Sharlene Wegner said...

So good!

Melody May said...

You need to go to my review and read the quotes at least. This is amazing so far.

The_Book_Queen said...

Dark and mysterious? Sign me up! :)

Anna@herding cats&burning soup said...

Yay! I have a couple of these on my tbr pile and really enjoyed The Trouble with Texas Cowboys. That was my first by her and I'm so going to have to read more of her books. Yay for the new feature!

Glenda said...

I'm reading Moonlight on My Mind by Jennifer McQuiston and loving it! (I just realized how little time for reading I've had this month. :-( ) I did read the Captivated by His Kiss anthology and really enjoyed it too. :-)

Irma Jurejevčič said...

My top read is Raze from Tillie Cole.

Ada H said...

Definitely bump it up, you won't be disappointed :)

Anita H. said...

My top read was Animal Attraction by Jill Shalvis. I've been trying to catch up on her Animal Magnetism series since I've been focused on reading her Lucky Harbor series.

The_Book_Queen said...

Will do! :D

The_Book_Queen said...

:) And it wouldn't be possible without your awesome graphic. Thanks again!

I still need to read Carolyn Brown; everyone recommends her cowboys.

The_Book_Queen said...

I've only read McQuiston's first book, but I really enjoyed it. And I hear ya about the lack of reading time . . . .*sigh*

The_Book_Queen said...

Ooh, never heard of this one, must look it up!

The_Book_Queen said...

Happy reading -- Shalvis is a great go-to author. My favorite of the Animal Magnetism series was Rumor Has It, but the others are really, really good as well!

Irma Jurejevčič said...

You won't be sorry! It's a dark romance.

Melody May said...

I think my favorite is the first book. However, I do have a crush on Brady Miller. LOL

The_Book_Queen said...

;) I don't blame you! There was just something about the heroine in RHI, plus the tortured hero, that did me in. :)

The_Book_Queen said...

I do enjoy a good dark romance (on occasion -- I have to balance it out with lighter reads or I go crazy). :)

Melody May said...

RHI was a great book.

Maria Theresa Santos said...

kyland by mia sheridan

The_Book_Queen said...

Another unknown that I must look up, thanks! :)

Irma Jurejevčič said...

Haha, I can relate to that :)

Anita H. said...

Rumor Has It is my favorite too. I love how real Kate is, I think
she and I would be great friends if she was a real person! :D And
Griff....what can I say *sigh!*

Anna@herding cats&burning soup said...

I'm glad I finally gave her a go. I've been totally lusting after her covers the last year. Hopefully will be able to snag in another one this year :)

The_Book_Queen said...

Ooh, two recommendations for Raze -- I really must look into it then!

The_Book_Queen said...

YES. That is all, just YES to both. :D

Sharlene Wegner said...

Me, too! I have read that book 3 times already! I LOVE Brady! And Lila is such a sweet & quirky heroine!

Sharlene Wegner said...

I love Eva/Maire's historical romances. I won't read this serial until all parts are out, though.

Mariana Amor✌ said...

Yes, you definitely should!
