A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

April 3rd - April 9th:

  • Friday -- Three walks. 20 each: crunches, squats, and jumping jacks.  16,212 Steps
  • Saturday -- Two walks. 10,241 Steps
  • Sunday -- Three walks. 20 each: crunches, squats, and jumping jacks.  14,730 Steps
  • Monday -- Two walks. 20 each: crunches, squats, and jumping jacks.  11,132 Steps
  • Tuesday -- Two walks. 10,785 Steps
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 20 each: crunches, squats, and jumping jacks.  10,706 Steps
  • Thursday --  Two walks. 10,543 Steps



  • Total steps for the week: 84,349 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 37.32 Miles
  • Weight: No Change

great progress!! Looks like you have been maintaining your walks...which is great, because I know how classes can keep you so busy...I have no idea where you find the time for everything lol

Thanks! To be completely honest, I'm not even sure how I do it all! On far too little sleep, for one. I'll be grateful for summer break. Hopefully if I keep on track, I should be set to graduate Spring 2016. After that . . I see only darkness and despair. :P
