#FitReaders: Weekly Check-In

A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

April 17th - 23rd:

  • Friday -- Two walks. 20 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 10,768 Steps
  • Saturday -- Two walks. 10,506 Steps
  • Sunday -- Two walks. 20 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 11,642 Steps
  • Monday -- Two walks. 20 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 11,343 Steps
  • Tuesday -- Three walks. 20 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 14,462 Steps
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 20 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 11,330 Steps
  • Thursday --  Two walks. 12,315 Steps

Plus I spent all day Thursday sorting books, bagging 300, and hauling them to the car, then to the library. That totally counts as a workout, especially with all the stairs to get down to my library's storage room!

  • Total steps for the week: 82.366 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 36.44 Miles
  • Weight: No Change

WOw! Another great week! I like how you are still adding in some strength training to the daily routine. I really need to do that. I just sent you a Fitbit friend request, too!

Thanks (and accepted it just now) :) I need to add even more though, and this coming week, I've really been slacking. Hope to get back on track though.
