- Friday -- Two walks. 23 minutes of Daily Burn. 12,760 Steps | 5.65 Miles
- Saturday -- Two walks. 24 minutes of Daily Burn. 14,238 Steps | 6.30 Miles
- Sunday -- Two walks. 10,602 Steps | 4.69 Miles [DB Rest day]
- Monday -- Two walks. 32 minutes of Daily Burn. 13,040 Steps | 5.77 Miles
- Tuesday -- Two walks. 23 minutes of Daily Burn. 13,083 Steps | 5.79 Miles
- Wednesday -- Two walks. 24 minutes of Daily Burn. 11,831 Steps | 5.23 Miles
- Thursday -- Two walks. 32 minutes of Daily Burn. 12,384 Steps | 5.48 Miles
This week was the last week of my Daily Burn 8 week program (True Beginner). Now I'll either go up a level above True Beginner, or start picking the workouts that I'm interested in each week, I'm not sure yet. Either way, I *will* be sticking with the site though!

- Total miles for the week: 38.91 Miles
- Total DB minutes for the week: 158 Minutes

Wow!! What a great week! Congrats on finishing the 8-week program. I've heard so many great things from you and others about this program. Maybe it's time for me to try it out!
