#FitReaders: Weekly Check-In


A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

July 3rd - 9th:

  • Friday --  Two walks.  23 minutes of Daily Burn. 12,760 Steps | 5.65 Miles
  • Saturday --  Two walks. 24 minutes of Daily Burn. 14,238 Steps | 6.30 Miles 
  • Sunday --   Two walks.  10,602 Steps |  4.69 Miles [DB Rest day]
  • Monday --   Two walks.  32 minutes of Daily Burn. 13,040 Steps | 5.77 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks.  23 minutes of Daily Burn.  13,083 Steps | 5.79 Miles
  • Wednesday -- Two walks.  24 minutes of Daily Burn.  11,831 Steps | 5.23 Miles
  • Thursday --  Two walks.  32 minutes of Daily Burn. 12,384 Steps | 5.48 Miles 

This week was the last week of my Daily Burn 8 week program (True Beginner). Now I'll either go up a level above True Beginner, or start picking the workouts that I'm interested in each week, I'm not sure yet. Either way, I *will* be sticking with the site though! 

  • Total steps for the week:  87,938 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 38.91 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 158 Minutes

Wow!! What a great week! Congrats on finishing the 8-week program. I've heard so many great things from you and others about this program. Maybe it's time for me to try it out!
