#FitReaders: Weekly Check-In

A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

July 10th - 16th:

  • Friday --  Two walks.  23 minutes of Daily Burn. 13,436 Steps | 5.94 Miles
  • Saturday --  Two walks.  11,384 Steps |  5.04 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Two walks.  33 minutes of Daily Burn. 13,368 Steps | 5.91 Miles 
  • Monday --   Two walks.  33 minutes of Daily Burn.  14,243 Steps | 6.30 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks.   32 minutes of Daily Burn.  13,994 Steps | 6.19 Miles
  • Wednesday -- Two walks.  38 minutes of Daily Burn.  16.607 Steps | 7.35 Miles
  • Thursday --  Two walks.  33 minutes of Daily Burn. 13,822 Steps | 6.12 Miles 




Sunday I started a new program on Daily Burn. Oh, my thighs and everything are killing me from the new intensity. But I know that it will calm down and I'll adjust; I did with the previous program, after about a week or so. Wednesday's high step/miles is from that day's workout -- an intense kickboxing program which had me moving around a lot.


  • Total steps for the week:  96,854 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 42.85 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 192 Minutes

WOW!! What a great week! And yet another Daily Burn fan... Maybe that will be my goal next month, to try it. Great job!

I'd say it's worth trying at least, especially since you can try 30 days free before deciding whether or not to continue and pay monthly. :)
