July 31st - Aug 6th:

  • Friday --  Two walks.  33 minutes of Daily Burn. 13,637 Steps | 6.03 Miles
  • Saturday --  Two walks.  9,826 Steps | 4.35 Miles [DB Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Two walks.  32 minutes of Daily Burn.  13,312 Steps |  5.89 Miles
  • Monday --   Two walks.  38 minutes of Daily Burn.  15,170 Steps | 6.71 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks.   28 minutes of Daily Burn.  13,193 Steps |  5.84 Miles
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 19 minutes of Stretching.  13.684 Steps | 6.05 Miles [DB Rest day]
  • Thursday --  Two walks.  33 minutes of Daily Burn. 13,560 Steps | 6.0 Miles 

Still sweating from every workout, but it's worth it. Proof of my hard work each morning.

  • Total steps for the week:  92,382 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 40.87 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 183 Minutes
