- Friday -- Two walks. 43 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,468 Steps | 6.84 Miles
- Saturday -- Two walks. 11,445 Steps | 5.06 Miles [Rest day]
- Sunday -- Two walks. 52 minutes of Daily Burn. 14,407 Steps | 6.37 Miles
- Monday -- Two walks. 46 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,501 Steps | 6.86 Miles
- Tuesday -- Two walks. 34 minutes of Daily Burn. 14,386 Steps | 6.36 Miles
- Wednesday -- Two walks. 19 minutes of Stretching. 14,560 Steps | 6.44 Miles [DB Rest Day]
- Thursday -- Two walks. 43 minutes of Daily Burn. 14,098 Steps | 6.24 Miles
Yep, studying lowered my numbers a bit. I still did the same number of walks (same distance) and my full workouts each morning, but more time sitting on my butt studying during the hours between all that = fewer steps and miles. Oh well. Still a good week for me.
- Total steps for the week: 99,865 Steps
- Total miles for the week: 44.17 Miles
- Total DB minutes for the week: 237 Minutes
