May 6th - 12th:
- Friday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 25,790 Steps | 14.52 Miles
- Saturday -- Two walks. 12,452 Steps | 6.89 Miles [Rest day]
- Sunday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,773 Steps | 13.84 Miles
- Monday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,519 Steps | 13.72 Miles
- Tuesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,728 Steps | 13.78 Miles
- Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,891 Steps | 13.84 Miles
- Thursday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,580 Steps | 13.77 Miles
Wednesday was my 2nd 5K for May. Same distance (3.59) as last week, but I was almost a minute slower. Oh well.
As far as steps and exercise for the week, it was another great week for me. But as to my eating habits, well, they slipped a bit. I need to get back on track for next week.

- Total miles for the week: 90.36 Miles
- Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
