June 10th - 16th:
- Friday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,946 Steps | 13.93 Miles
- Saturday -- Two walks. 12,004 Steps | 6.64 Miles [Rest day]
- Sunday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 23,929 Steps | 13.51 Miles
- Monday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 23,002 Steps | 12.98 Miles
- Tuesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 23,513 Steps | 13.22 Miles
- Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 17,827 Steps | 10.08 Miles
- Thursday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,605 Steps | 13.86 Miles
Wednesday was my 4th 5K for June; 3.46 mi in 44 min. BUT I then spent most of the day in the car, so my overall stats for Wednesday were low.
- Total steps for the week: 149,826 Steps
- Total miles for the week: 84.22 Miles
- Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
