June 17th - 23rd:

  • Friday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 25,668 Steps | 14.35 Miles
  • Saturday --  Two walks. 10,220 Steps | 5.66 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  23,561 Steps | 13.19 Miles
  • Monday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  27,034 Steps | 15.1 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Three walks.  35 minutes of Daily Burn.  23,609 Steps | 13.23 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 25,613 Steps | 14.35 Miles
  • Thursday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  23,935 Steps | 13.3 Miles 


Monday's steps = 2 hours of moving hoses to water all my yard. -.- This was also done Wed and Fri.

Wed = 5th 5K for June. 3.49 mi, 43 minutes.


  • Total steps for the week: 159,640 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 89.18 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
