July 15th - 21st:

  • Friday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 25,285 Steps | 13.97 Miles
  • Saturday --  Two walks. 11,202 Steps | 6.19 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,904 Steps | 13.76 Miles
  • Monday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,953 Steps | 13.82 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Three walks.  35 minutes of Daily Burn.  27,065 Steps | 14.96 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,765 Steps | 13.71 Miles
  • Thursday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  24,705 Steps | 13.65 Miles 


Sunday was my 5th 5K for July (3.3 miles).

Tuesday's high count: yard work. Yay (not) summer.

Wednesday was my 6th 5K for July (3.3 miles).




  • Total steps for the week: 162,879 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 90.06 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
