- Friday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 23,575 Steps | 13.06 Miles
- Saturday -- One walk. 9,538 Steps | 5.27 Miles [Rest day]
- Sunday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,829 Steps | 13.82 Miles
- Monday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 25,597 Steps | 14.18 Miles
- Tuesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,849 Steps | 13.75 Miles
- Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 23,825 Steps | 13.21 Miles
- Thursday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 23,519 Steps | 13.02 Miles
Saturday evening = rain, so no second walk.
Sunday was my 8th and final 5K for July.
Wednesday was my 1st 5K for August.
- Total steps for the week: 130,135 Steps
- Total miles for the week: 86.31 Miles
- Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
