  • Sunday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 21,062 Steps | 11.69 Miles
  • Monday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 22,184 Steps | 12.31 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,757 Steps | 8.84 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 21,808 Steps | 12.08 Miles 
  • Thursday --  Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 17,114 Steps | 9.45 Miles 

  • Total steps for the week: 132,419 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 73.49 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
