May 20th - 26th:
- Friday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 23,690 Steps | 13.39 Miles
- Saturday -- Two walks. 11,729 Steps | 6.51 Miles [Rest day]
- Sunday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,287 Steps | 13.65 Miles
- Monday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 25,325 Steps | 14.09 Miles
- Tuesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 25,727 Steps | 14.42 Miles
- Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 25,219 Steps | 14.09 Miles
- Thursday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 26,185 Steps | 14.79 Miles
Wednesday was my fourth, and last, 5K for May. 3.63 miles in 46 minutes. Not my top speed, but still great.
- Total steps for the week: 162,162 Steps
- Total miles for the week: 90.94 Miles
- Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
